The mixed bed exchanger is made of one exchange column, control valves and instrument .The exchangecolumn of the mixed bed exchanger was filled with the cation & anion exchange resins that mixed at fixed ratio, then the cation exchange and anion exchange happened at the same time. It’s a deep desalting/purification equipment usually used in the Ion exchange desalination (purification) system. In the whole desalination(purification)system, it can be set after the electrodialysis, reverse osmosis and one stage cation & anion chemical desalination device to produce high quality desalted water and high pure water.

The equipment is fixed bed, water produced in way of down flow while the regeneration achieved in way of convection, the regenerant is HCI and NaOH solution.
